Prices are listed in British Pounds and are subject to change without notice. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. 

3. Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed in the order they are received. As items are handmade, please allow 5-10 working days for processing. Shipping times may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

4. No Refunds or Returns

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective (see our return / refund policy).

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photos and a description of the issue. We will assess the situation and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property
